This agreement, set forth on this 2nd day of May 2016, is between The Nation of Blacklist (hereafter known as "the lender") and the Agoran Republic of Devoted (hereafter known as "the borrower")

The lender agrees to provide the borrower with 17 gold blocks for a period of time ending on the 9th of May at 00:00 after which aforementioned property must be returned to the lender. For this, the borrower shall compensate the lender with 5 diamonds.

If the borrower cannot return the blocks due to the lender being offline, the borrower may wait up to three additional days, at which time, if still not returned, the blocks should be deposited in a diamond reinforced chest in an accessible location for the lender to retrieve. If for some reason the blocks aren't returned by the 13th of May 2016, the borrower shall compensate the lender with one diamond per missing block. The lender may waive this compensation should the loss be a result of an uncontrollable circumstance. The lender also affirms the friendship that exists between Blacklist and the Agorans and will make every effort to carry out this agreement in good faith.
