I completed the whole objective on the snowfield seal mission where you have to hit all 3 spinning devices into place to charge the crystal that you repeatedly hit to remove the seal on the door. After doing all that and watched the door open I had to send a text real quick and when I clicked the app to continue playing, the app rebooted and sent me to the main menu. When I loaded into my account, my save point returned me to the second side that you retrieve the 3rd spinning devices and since I had already just done all of this and completed the objective to remove the seal and open the door to continue on, I am now stuck on the second balcony and the platform that lowers you down won't allow it even if I try and put the spinning device on it like i did the first time to complete the object. Can't jump off because of the invisible barrier. Can't restart to previous save point or even the mission itself.
