We saw a leaked schedule for Capcom a while ago. It said DMC6 was for 2026. It's probably going to be later than that since Dragon's Dogma is releasing next year and games take time to develop.

Edit: Apparently DMC6 wasn't on that list?? That's weird because I remember seeing it on a "schedule leak" and being sad it was gonna take that long. Either way, chill out until DD2 has been out for a while.
Can we get a sticky from the mods of something? Don't expect any info on the next DMC game until Dragon's Dogma 2 has been out for a bit.
