Question about JC's parents in Deus Ex

Hi, possible spoiler for Deus Ex 1 below.
So I've played DX about 3 times through, but just looking for something else I stumbled on wikiquote - http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Deus_Ex#Bob_Page where a quote by Bob Page regards killing the man who kills your parents. I don't ever remember hearing this line in my playthroughs, or any mention of meeting the man who killed your parents.
My question is then who is it? I've looked on the DX wiki with no luck, so I was here to ask if for what you know.
