Okay so yesterday I made a post where I had glitched out of bounds and made it into the church or the machine god in Prague 1 which is usually impossible until Prague 2 when you choose between the bank heist or the church. This post (and potentially others in future) is a discussion on everything I have noticed that is worth note of when discussing Deus ex mankind divided.

DISCLAIMER: HEAVY SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THE GAME IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE GAME JT COULD POSSIBLY SPOIL IT FOR YOU

okay so to first continue from my last post I returned to the church in Prague 2 before the bomb maker mission and the church is still empty so I can conclude NPCs only spawn there for the mission however there had been the addition of explosive mines which weren't present before so there are some changes.

Now I'll get onto what I actually came to post about, mankind divided is my favourite game of all time and across my laptop and ps5 I have just over 300 hours of playtime, every so often in playthroughs i still find myself finding new things which is partly why I always come back to it (I also still need to get the achievements I just can't bring myself to do some of the more grindy ones).

DXMD is the only game I've played through start to finish, completed all the documented side missions and still been asking myself if there's more or if there's anything I've missed. These sometimes are as simple as the radko Perry part of the harvester side quest where many players may never even know he exists until they speak with the scaremonger. Another thing I recently noticed is the conversations with the rab'i'ah representatives and how they change in different states of the game so i do plan on seeing if these go anywhere later in the game or not.

What I love about DXMD is the side missions and how most of them you have to seek out, people complain about the games length and lack of story however you have a lot of control over the story length and the depth of the story with what side missions you play, some of these taking you to places you would otherwise never visit or giving meaning to places you have been but didn't make sense.

One of my favourite side missions is the 01011000 mission as it is something so easy to miss yet further explored other story lines at started such as what picus is hiding on the samizdat quest, what I also realised is you can actually return to the sewers and tell K about Helle. In the past I just handed in the flight logs and water test results and had nothing when he asked for more although even after giving K the Helle info he still asks for more wondering if there's any other information hiding out there for us to give to K.

In my next playthrough I plan on visiting every single location in each stage of the game, exploring 100% of the map to the best of my abilities to see what else if anything is still waiting to be found (not necessarily found overall just finding things im yet to see).

Orlov is another part of the story I find intriguing as you can find blueprints of Adam's augs in other places such as the garm facility, in the tai Yong medical vault there is the body of Adam Jensen (either the dead original after panchea or another clone), on orlovs computer he states he's tracking down an experiment which we can assume to be Adam however it could also be Daria, this could explain his death as we know she was a Tai yong medical experiment as well although I will need to find any future evidence to support this claim.
