Potential spoilers

So I have played through the game twice now and was wondering if I could just replay key mission in the game use the scene selection feature to change outcomes instea of replaying the entire game again? Is that how the scene selction works?

I want to make Connor a deviant this time and make Marcus carry out a violent rebellion in the end. I made Marcus do a none lethal protest soryline, but I still had the option to violently attack the camp where they are killing the androids, so I don't think I need to replay Marcus's stuff with the exception of the bug ending scenes.

For connor, I made him a bit of a dick, so plan to replay everything to ensure his software instability goes up as much as possible. I also made Hank hate me and kill himself, so not very wholesome.

In regards to Kara, she got the happy family ending, which is the most ideal, but I have previously done the one where she sacrifices herself for Alice at the boarder (which I think is the perfect ending in terms of drama and foreshadowing. This is where the story would have gone if it was a tv show in my opinion). So in those regards, I'm Happy with my Kara timeline. Just want to see what happens is Connor and Marcus team up.
