Right now I’m touring quite a few places from various areas and price ranges (the Scott, DuCharme, Capitol Park lofts, RenCen City Apts, etc) and while an in person visit can obviously show what the sizing of a apartment feels like and what the area will be like, it doesn’t do justice to issues that tenants have (checked reviews for a lot of places and while some have a few it just doesn’t reflect compared to how many people live in the units or rotate in/out).
So, I’m looking for any advice on apartment/lofts to avoid at all costs and ones that I definitely should look at. Realistically any advice/recommendations are more than appreciated though :)
