Conquerer seal, missing arc subclass win

I've nearly gotten my conquerer seal and my hangup is running arc on my hunter (I only play the one character and I know arc on a hunter is not ideal). I should have just did it on Lake of Shadows last season, but alas...
This week's NF, Scarlet Keep, is not ideal for this challenge.
For this season's rotation, what do you think is the easiest NF? That would be the one I target.
