Bungie I'm running out of Nuetral element while capped at others.

It's too easy to get capped at parts like ruinous element, while building for enhanced perk's cost of nuetral element. Some better math can be done here, but I can be capped at all 4 of the other 12 per plan elements craft 2 enhanced perk weapons and but struggling to get the nuetral elements to continue. Something here needs to change. Maybe cost of nuetral element on the enhanced perks, but the caps are off for a natural flow of things. Else I'm storing even more in my vault to not be used.
