So I played through destiny one and loved it. The story, world building, all of it captured that sense of adventure and mystery that you don’t see to often in games anymore. I played through destiny 2 and I really didn’t like the simplified weapon stats and things like that. However I still thought It was really good. By the time D2 came out I was getting into my harder semesters of undergrad and I just didn’t have the time to keep up with it so I dropped it. Now Im thinking of coming back to the game but with that being said I haven’t played the game at all since vanilla destiny 2, like before curse of Osiris. If I came back now. how lost would I be and are we talking a month or two to catch up level and story wise or would it be quite a long time before I was strike team, nightfall, or raid ready?
