So I've recently jumped back into D2 and I'm running into multiple issues where quests seem to be just completely broken...

For instance I currently have "Legacy: Challengers Proving" I'm on quest step 2 requiring me to simply interact with the Umbral Decoder to receive the next quest step, I have restarted the game, I have tried fast traveling to other locations, nothing is making the next step show up when I interact the with umbral decoder, so essentially this quest is just deadlocked, I have tried to look at guides to see if im missing something and no, I just need to use the table to get step 3 and it wont pop.

I am also running through the shadowkeep DLC and am on the Step 16, the mission that requires a full set of dreambane gear, after EVERY single mini boss in this mission, the arena i fight them in just becomes locked, theres no entrance that opens up, i dont get teleported away, simply stuck in an arena and i have to exit the game to get the mission to reset.

Am i missing something here? Or are the quests in this game just absolute trash?
