Legendary Snipers need a change.

i vote all legendary snipers should have snapshot sights out of the loot pool and have it inbuilt into the sniper itself.
cause im willing to bed no one likes to sluggishly look into the scope.
because if it was built into the sniper, it would open up for other perks instead of always going for snapshot sights.
cause like some snipers have some god teir/good perks on them but it always gets favoured for snapshot instead soo.. shrugs
