I can’t claim the “Means to a End” quest from the Prismatic Recaster, anything I might be able to try?

It gives me an option to accept the reward, but when I click it or hit enter, nothing happens. I have tried to restart my game and even my computer. Is there anything else that I might be able to try to claim it?
