Hey Folks-

I started out w/ D1 on my XB1, but switched to PS4 to play with friends before RoI. I convinced a friend to buy a cheap version of D1 for his XB1 and dusted off my XB1 account to play with him.

I was hoping to send a refer-a-friend code so we could get the XP boosts and such as we played together, but that apparently is no longer a thing? Is that true?

I also tried to set us up our own clan - I created it on Bungie.net, but I can't invite him to join. He shows up in search, but when I click his name, it says "We couldn't find the account you're looking for. The account may not exist, or we may be experiencing technical difficulties." So... I can't invite him to the clan I made for us?

I'd like to eventually get him to D2, but need him to have a good experience here in D1 and I think these small little aspects will help, but they all seem deprecated or obfuscated now?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
