So, i finally got my First Forsaken exotic after reaching 600 Power, and it turned out to be this Armor Exotic, i was really hyped about trying it since i enjoyed using Spectral Blades the first time i got them (before noticing how lackluster they are) but after testing it a while it seems like it has somekind of "Cooldown" after reaching certain point, so my suggestion would be to change the way this passive works

The way this passive works is: Each Spectral Blades kill you make before going into stealth will restore more of your Super energy.

Pretty simple right? but i think a way more fun to play with this would be something like: After exiting Stealth, you gain a 5 second buff that fills your Super Energy for each kill you do.

This way you could gain back the super energy you spent searching for a enemy in crucible or looking for a specific target in PVE, maybe you would be able to keep the ult for a lot of time and that would be "broken" but cmon, Shard of Gallanor basically refills your entire Ult if you use it against strong enough enemies, and Phoenix Protocol basically lets you to keep the buff 24/7 if you are clearing mobs (also i think Ursa Furiosa works something like that so why not the same for Spectral Blades?).

Just my thoughs, trying to make this kinda lackluster exotic into something fun/strong to use, what do you think?
