I don’t know if this was discovered or not, however, I’m sure most everyone has seen those chests in the dreaming city scattered about the place. They have the three “bowls” shall we say, in a triangular formation around the chest that say something along the lines of “wayward magic is needed to open.” Well I figured out a few days ago, that those bowls point to directions to arc charges. If you follow in the direction of the bowl around the chest in each direction there will be a depository arc charge just chillin. However, they aren’t always lit and I don’t really know what triggers them. Not that it matters much because they don’t give you too much. However it beats having to steal them from public events if the chest bowls are lit, look for the arc stations not far from the chest.
