Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed Ghost Shell drop rates as a nightfall reward seem to have increased even though Bungie said they decreased it?

I swear, every time I run the nightfall, either myself or one of the people I'm playing with seem to get a ghost shell as a nightfall reward. Even if it's just me and one other person, one of us gets a ghost shell. Not only that, but it's like I've seen even more dropping since Bungie said they were decreasing the drop rates. Maybe it's just my bad RNG luck, but it seems like I see more ghost shells and strange coins than anything. I mean, look at this. Why do I even bother?
