I just got done with a very drawn out heroic version of the Echo Chamber. During that, I came up with a pretty foolproof strategy.

For a fast clear, have a Nightstalker tote the football/spark/relic. Ill explain later why this is important.

The whole strike is pretty basic until you go against the Restorative Mind. When the relic shows up, a Nightstalker should drop an invis smoke bomb. Take the relic and start jumping (fastest way to get around). Keep throwing your smoke bombs, preferably with the Lockdown perk. Right before you drop the relic off, drop one more smoke bomb to ensure that you get out safely. Damage boss. Rinse. Repeat as necessary.
