Like the title says, I came from Counterstrike: Global Offensive. There are 2 ways to play in the game: "Casual" which is for people that just want to have fun, and "Competitive", where people play for ranks.

If you leave a competitive game, you first get a 30 minute ban, then a 2 hour ban the next time, then a 24 hour ban, then a 7 day ban.

With all the abandons happening in Iron Banner (Me and some guy from reddit got ditched, we were the only 2 on our team. Eventually some people joined and we won, but it was bullshit), we need some way to ban those who leave just to avoid a loss. Play it out like a fucking man.

Also, I thought some type of ranking system in Trials would benefit people. (Again in cs there are about 20 ranks that go from silver 1 all the way to global elite). People that go flawless go against other people that go flawless, giving people a challenge. New players, like me, wont get shit on every game with 3 blink shotgunners, either.

TL;DR Issue bans for abandons in IB, give ranks in ToO.
