Hopscotch Pilgrim drop location fixed?

So I know the Hopscotch Pilgrim pulse rifle drops on 28 PoE and dragon strikes, but from what I can tell from 100 strikes, I've only seen it drop on the Archon Priest strike. Can anyone else confirm or deny this? Thanks.
Edit: Theory confirmed denied. Just got it off the Devil's Lair strike.
