So I've been playing Destiny since early November and I haven't had many problems with connection errors to date. But this weekend, starting on Friday May 29th 2015 it started happening. Disconnects everywhere. I mean I can't even log into my character sometimes, and when I do it will only last for half a game or maybe a trip to the tower.
I know servers can have problems and my end can have problems too. But when Bungie keeps telling me my connection is the problem and I pop a different game in and boom working perfectly fine. Not my net, their servers.
Am I mad no, am I frustrated. Hell to the yes.
My ToO experience this weekend was a disaster. Went 7-0 and then got kicked, I had a legit chance at getting to the Light House, not a for sure thing, but I was two wins away.
I'm loving what they have done with HoW and The PoE, but it's very hard to love these things when I can't access them without fear of "bailing" on my team.
i just wish Bungie would address the situation. Give us a real statement, stop with the this is how you can fix it bullshit on your website, because that just isn't working. I spent more time trying to fix my unbroken internet last night for several hours. Several hours I should have just been playing a different game.
TL:DR Bungie please communicate with us about these problems, I know not everyone is experiencing them, but for those that are the frustration is real. /u/Deej_BNG I hope you are listening, you usually are. Please communicate with us before we are taken by the Darkness.
