Bug with No Land Beyond?

I don't know if this has been addressed or not but I noticed the starting ammo for NLB is 18 rounds but after use, it only replenishes to 12. Could it be a bug?

the LMG from Crota is also weird, it says 35 rounds in a mag but I always get 87
