So there is my alt Titan, newly crowned with a lovely 28 next to his name. I thought it was time to solo the nightfall before reset, having obtained Atheons epilogue and Praedyth's revenge in the last few raids. So we set off, the three of us, to tear Sekrion a new one. I'm lighting up the servitors when my phone rings... It's work. I had a meeting at 7:10. Clock says 7:15. Shit. Luckily, I work three doors down. So I hide in the entry room of the servitors battle, run to work and have my short meeting.

About 20 minutes later, I get back home and I've been booted to orbit. No matter, I wasn't that far into it, so I'll just start over... Or maybe I'll join the friends already in the nightfall! My phone rings again as I head into Venus' atmosphere... This time it's the wife. I switch my headset over to my phone and begin talking about dinner with wifey. The two other guardians I joined are at the top of the cave in the middle of the battle with the nexus (about 3/4 health). During this time, I can't hear them very well and they can't hear me, but we put a lot of damage to him and take down the spawning minotaurs pretty easy. Sekrion goes down, and I finish my conversation with my wife.

The rewards screen comes up and... Heart of Praxic Fire, which I don't have yet, and I freak out a little bit.

I've never heard a louder "FUCK YOU" than in that moment.

Turns out that was MY STRIKE that I started before I went to my meeting. They had joined in where my afk ass sat in a corner looking at my fists.

TL;DR, start nightfall, go afk for a work meeting, have friends join you, join back up with them at the end, get a Heart of Praxic Fire.
