So I've come up with a revolutionary work out programs. It combines my number one problem with working out - burnout, with my enjoyment of punching things in Destiny. I punch all the things, even walls.
My new exercise consists of: do as many push-ups as you can and then do an "activity in Destiny". I define "activity" as either a strike, crucible match, round of farming materials etc. and then repeat (shame on you lazy bastards doing raids).
This allows for plenty of rest time and it feels awesome punching shit when your arms are swole.
Just try it is all I"m saying, it's good to take 5 minute breaks from videogaming.
