Armamentarium.

So, Warlocks have Rain of Fire that works with Strand and Solar.
And Hunters have Marksman Dodge that reloads weapons on every subclass and paired with RDMa can spam reloads.
So I was thinking we could kinda grant Armamentarium some of the same thing.
You would have Two Grenades and using your Grenade would reload your equipped weapon. And I wouldn't have the reload cool down on this, because it's not taking all the advantages of Demolitionist.
