Vex Incursion Question

Are the exotic rewards on a set schedule such as the lost sectors are arms one day chest the next day and so forth, or is it weekly or is it completely random? I have one exotic left on my titan, and I keep getting duplicates from the incursion. Can anyone please explain this, as I can find no answer for it on the Internet
