With yet another nerf coming to restoration, can we revert Loreley Splendor back to 2x?

It still says that it provides a sunspot with "improved restoration", yet it's no different than just running basic Sol Invictus
Last time I brought this up with the last nerf people still had a lot of vitriol to the suggestion, as if other people play their content affects you so direly.
Note that I don't even use the exotic I just hate the inconsistency or the blatant lie lol. I can keep myself alive pretty much the same way with pheonix cradle
