Strand Mediations not dropping

So I just unlocked everything for Strand on my Warlock and started the exotic quest. For whatever reason now I'm having zero Strand Mediations drop from kills, chests, HVT, etc since unlocking the final Fragment. Is this intended? I've tried restarting the game, switching characters, still nothing dropping for my Warlock.
