Pinnacle issue

So I have been unable to get my pinnacles in gambit , strikes or crucible for the past few weeks , I verify my engrams are empty and I have at least 3 slots open in each inventory slot and I check with each vendor after the three games and my post master I’m currently 75-76 gear score and it only ever drops 74-75 and the pinnacle notification disappears… can anyone please help I can’t find anyone. Else with the same issue
