Please someone help me

So ive been getting weasel errors every time I try to load into anything and get sent back to the title screen. This started a week or 2 ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it seemed to fix it. However, now I cant play anything that involves other guardians. Any destination I load into has zero players and I cant even play crucible. I sat at 1/12 players for Iron Banner for 30 minutes without anything happening. Please, for the love of God, someone help me.
