Can't finish character creation on PC

Hi all,
I'm having a weird problem on my laptop. Can't actually finish the character creation. The screen seems limited as to where I can actually move my mouse. I can't choose warlock and I can't hit finish.
I've already tried changing the screen resolution manually but this didn't seem to work
