Totally fine yesterday, unplayable today. Nothing has changed?

Yesterday I was running at 120fps, max settings, smooth as butter. Going through the new campaign with my friend.
Just logged in today to do some more and it's unplayable. 38fps max, dipping to 1-5fps any time I move the camera. Everything looks like hot garbage even on max settings. I've changed ABSOLUTELY NOTHING inbetween. Haven't installed anything, changed any settings, absolutely nothing.
Any advice?
