Profile and Notes

VIP#0720 is one of Former Hunter Vanguard Cayde-6's top scouts in the field. Personally trained by the former Hunter Vanguard himself VIP#1720 has been listed as potential successor to the role of the Hunter Vanguard by several parties.

VIP#1720 is known for being one of the more atypical Hunter's. While still possessing the wit, ego, and attitude typical within most Hunters VIP#1720 has been known for being very friendly and personal with many fellow Guardians.

Surveillance has shown the Hunter to be aiding in the training of new Hunter's at the request of Lord Shaxx.

VIP#1720 is frequently shown visiting The Hangar or The Annex on any visits to the Last City. Choosing to avoid any encounters with the Vanguard Commanders if possible.

Considered one of Cayde-6's most talented protégé's in scouting and markmanship.

The Hunter's general age is unknown but has been in the participation in several key battles including but not limited to The Great Ahamkara Hunt, The Taken War, The Red War, and The Tangled Shore Conflict.

WARNING VIP#1720 has received a red flag listing for unsanctioned participation and illegal activity during both The Tangled Shore Conflict and The Dreaming City Curse respectively. As per written law VIP#1720 has been given a record for their illegal actions.

Weapon Specializations

Hand Cannon: VIP#1720's preferred weapon of choice. Having been trained by the former Hunter Vanguard it's understood that VIP#1720 has an expertise knowledge in various Hand Cannon based firearms in both usage and maintenance. He's equipped with a personalized custom ordered Black Tex Mechanica Hand Cannon modeled after Jaren Ward's and Shin Malphur's famous Hand Cannon The Last Word. Functionally the gun is similar to The Last Word but details on the owner's personalized modifications are unknown to date. Please update records accordingly when information has been acquired.

Sniper Rifle: As a Hunter Scout VIP#1720 has been trained in long range weapon combat to effectively elimate targets at a distance with extreme prejudice. VIP#1720 owns several Sniper Rifle's within his arsenal including but not limited to The Revoker, The Eye of Sol, and The Beloved. VIP#1720 has mainly been sighted wielding Beloved on the field. Beloved Sniper Rifles are known rewards for participation in VIP#3801's Menagerie. Further investigation has concluded VIP#1720 is not designated one of VIP#3801's "Shadows" but merely particpates for the thrill of a challenge.

Combat Bow: A recent addition to VIP#1720's arsenal. VIP#1720's skill in the use of the Bow is noted in his illegal partcipation on the attacks of The Tangled Shore and The Dreaming City. VIP#1720's preferred Bow is a custom Subtle Calamity with a Dragonfly modification for maximum damage against groups. Confirmed kills include but not limited to the genocide of multiple Scorn including revived Baron's, multiple instances of The Fanatic, and various Hive and Taken. As of this report it's confirmed in the first year of ownership alone VIP#1720 has killed over 12,000 targets with this bow.

Sword: VIP#1720 Quickfang or Goldtusk Katana blades are noted to be his weapons of choice for optimal CQC situations. He wields the sword with deadly efficacy and has notably killed several high profile targets with said sword. Further data suggests he uses Swords because he feels many heavier weapons like Rocket Launchers and Grenade Launchers are cumbersome and lack in stealth and subtlety.

Other: As with all Hunter's VIP#1720's is trained in the use of various forms of throwing knives as well as Hunter specialized Grenades. VIP#1720 has a preferance for Trapwire Grenades and Vortex Grenades respectively. Other weapon knowledge includes Scout Rifle's, Sidearm's, Auto Rifles, and Pulse Rifles but VIP#1720 has gone on record saying, "I prefer to avoid those weapons if I can help it. But I rely on whatever helps me in a pinch."

Light

VIP#1720's specializes in the use of both Solar and Void Light as a Hunter. As such VIP#1720 is designated as one of the few known Nightstalker's within the Vanguard Database. Trained in Solar Light by Former Hunter Vanguard Cayde-6 and Void Light by Former Nightstalker Hunter Tevis Larsen.

His preferred form of Solar Light is usually The Golden Gun but is capable of using the Blade Barrage. For Void Light The Hunter prefers the Spectral Blades over the Duskbow but is capable of both.

When examined for use in Arc Light it's been stated on record that he's capable of wielding either the Arc Blade or the Arc Staff but isn't fond of using them and would quote, "Leave the use of Arc Light to those with actual talent in its use."

Criminal Record

VIP#1720 has earned a record and name for his actions in the early days of The Tangled Shore Conflict. After the death of Cayde-6 was publically announced within The Last City many Hunter's wished to avenge the fallen Hunter Vanguard for his death at the hands of Prince Uldren Sov among those was VIP#1720.

VIP#1720 had intentionally severed all communication with the City for the next year that would come with the growing conflict that would take place on the lawless shores and the Awoken Dreaming City. He would associate with VIP#3800 who was self proclaimed ruler of the Shore for bounties and any information on the Baron's and any Scorn sightings, VIP#1315 who seemed to help vent The Hunter's frustrations with the Vanguard's inaction with his Gambit system, VIP#3801 when he made several offer's to the Guardian populence for Opulence.

VIP#1720 would go on to murder several thousand Scorn mercilessly and vicously with reports indicating he'd make sure nothing possibly remained of the body to ensue it's revival by VIP#4503 power as the leader of the Scorn. This wanton act of violence and destruction unbecoming of a Guardian's behavior and potential as a future Vanguard Canidate would earn him the title, "Scorn's Genocide" and his criminal record.

VIP#1720's eventual return to The Last City would be met with much disdain from Commander Zavala and several other's within The Consensus. He accepted the permanent mark on his record without question and would continue sanctioned City operations for a time under close surveillance.

Like many other Hunter's he would begin to avoid The Last City as much as possible after discussion was brought up about nominating potential veteran Hunter's to replace Cayde.
