The Simple Life

"Sometimes you just don't understand where your life will take you."

Me? I'm just a Hunter with a simple life.

Life was always simple. Meet with Cayde, catch up with him like old times at The Den, head out to my next Flashpoint he'd assign me, and just go to town.

It's a simple life about me, my ghost, and my trusty Guns.

Somedays I'd just find a perch if it was a lazy kind of day and ask Aria to transmat a Sniper if I wasn't in the mood to get up close and personal while she hummed a little ditty for me to listen to while I lined up my shot.

Maybe there was a day I was feeling flashy and let myself get swarmed just to show off with my trusty Hand Cannon as I fired her from the hip all Cowboy like fanning that hammer. Never waste a shot. That's my motto. It's always the head or nothing at all.

Sometimes you just gotta enjoy the simple things. Even when things change too much.

I very rarely visit the Tower anymore ever since Cayde died. But when I do pop by I'm always visiting the Hangar mainly to avoid Zavala and Ikora. I ain't getting roped into being the next Hunter Vanguard.

Every visit I bring some seeds for The Colonel(somebody's gotta feed the poor girl).

I give Amanda a passing wave and hello. I think she's just happy to see a Hunter visit the Tower every once in a while.

And lately I've been chatting with Saint-14. He always bring a smile to this Exo Hunter's Face. We enjoy swapping stories. I always enjoy telling him about my latest adventures and I give him whatever spare seeds I have to feed his birds too.

It's the little things that make for a good life.

First Post!!

*I tried to write this in the style of a Lore Tab for what I'd imagine my Hunter's Personal Gun would maybe be called. Always been a Hand Cannon fan(especially Last Word and Ace of Spades) and enjoy the Cowboy life of a Gunslinger.

I'm writing this during my hour long lunch break at work just to pass some time. I didn't proofread it so no comments on mistakes please haha but I've been having writer's block and this was a nice change of pace.*
