Bacon-3 cursed under her breath as her Arc fist vaporized another Dreg stopping her from hiding inside a half-crumbled room.

"I told you it was a bad idea, Bacon." Cheeseburger materializes and heals his Guardian's wounds.

"Shaddup. You know there is no way I would ever turn down Knight's bet, especially when he declared it in front of Cayde of all people."

"No Hunter ever manage to kill more than 100 hostiles within a single Arc Staff activation." Cheeseburger dematerializes after the wounds have been closed.

The Hunter peeked out of the window, and she saw a very huge amount of very angry Fallen gathering in front of the building after she purposefully ambushed a resource trade.

"Your Light will be spent before you could clear out half of the party."

"Shut it, Cheeseburger. Is there anything else we can use?"

Cheeseburger summons a holographic screen of her ship's inventory.

"What's that?" She points at a weird-looking chest piece.

"It's an experimental prototype given to you from Sinyada. You promised her that you would test it out a week ago."

"Just tell me what it does." Concern grew in her voice as the Fallen party approaches.

"It amplifies your energy, redirecting your innermost power that-"

"Simplify it please!"

Cheeseburger groans, "You would probably win the bet if you use it, but-"

"Why didn't you bring it out sooner then!" The armor was transmatted and equipped directly onto the Hunter.

Her Ghost decided to keep his mouth shut and, if it malfunctions, give her a stern lecture that lasts an entire day.

The Hunter leap out of the window and channeled her Light into an electrifying staff, "Start the recording."

After she was resurrected, with the chest piece burnt to a crisp, she stared at a mountain of ash lying on the ground.
