Hypothermic Flash- Hold reload after a final blow to change the function of this weapon. When Hypothermic Flash is active bolts fired from this weapon drop to the ground and turn into coldsnap grenades that seek targets.

Blizzard Barrage- Freezing Multiple targets decreases charge time and grants an increase to range,stability,and handling

Only one cold snap can track to a target at a time. So if there is only one target the other coldsnaps will despawn.
