Did Dan really doxx a Hasan mod? What’s the justification for this?

Saw this (https://x.com/regretfuljollux/status/1859518470922080596) clip spread around and also more stuff about Dan supposedly claiming they are a pedophile for “kissing his friend when they were both underage”.
Obviously this is supposed to make Dan look as bad as possible but is there more nuance to this?
Genuinely asking and not trying to hate anyone or stir shit. Generally a big fan of Dan.
