Going to desire Rm first time end of this month . Is it a busy and good time to go ? Also we both are not into LS and donβt know if we will be in LS in future but is it a good place to start with ?
Most people there are in the lifestyle, but they won't be pushy if you aren't. My wife and I are similar to you (not in the lifestyle, but maybe open to the idea), and we had a great time. We're going back in early May with some friends we met there the last time. It's a great place to get started if you're interested because the people there really respect boundaries and are just generally very nice.
Do: Talk to people and participate in stuff that you feel comfortable with. Getting to know people and making friends can make the trip a lot more fun. Even if you're not in the lifestyle, everyone is still very friendly. In addition, dress up for theme nights - at least a little. It really helps immerse you in the experience and also is a great conversation starter.
Do: Try to go with the flow. There is a kind of flow to the resort - pool/beach until 4, then Jacuzzi till 6 or 7, then Dinner, then theme nights at 9:30, disco after that until midnight, then back to Jacuzzi. Where all the people are is where all the action and excitement is.
Don't: take any pictures of other people or pictures where someone can be in the background. This is a major rule to protect people's privacy. You don't want people taking a picture of you either without your consent.
If you want to do pictures, the Provoke photoshoot is pretty fun. It's a boudoir photoshoot. It's included in the price of your stay, and no commitment. The pictures are a little pricy if you decide to get any, but they're well worth it. We got some FANTASTIC ones.
There is probably other stuff I'm missing, but trying to pack that whole resort into a few short paragraphs is nearly impossible. There are so many good things to talk about.
The #1 advice I can give is to relax and keep an open mind. Just be friendly and honest, and you'll have a great time!

I've never been to Pearl, so I can only tell you what others have told me:
I've heard it's a more beautiful setting, but it is also much calmer and slow paced. That could be a good thing or bad thing depending on what you're looking for. Additionally, the clientele at Pearl tends to be a little older (average age 50 from what I've heard/read).
