What’s Pearl like in the summer or fall?

Husband and I are looking to go between June and early October. With work and family, we can’t make winter, which I imagine is peak season.
What’s the vibe during those times? I’m assuming fewer guests. Super hot. Etc.
Anyone with experience at that time of year?

We’ve been in summer and fall and always full and didn’t find it too hot at all but we’ve had two Oct trips get derailed due to hurricanes!
