Just moved into a small studio apartment and bringing existing furniture. I’ve mocked up what I think is possible but would love feedback to maximize space.

Some context: - I’ve put my console table/desk over the radiator - the black is the TV, I can probably get rid of the TV cupboard beneath it - I still have an armchair that needs to go somewhere - the rectangles off the bed are my dogs steps

If you are keeping the furniture you have, I might get rid of the chair. You have a sectional. That is plenty of space to sit.

Another option would be to get a smaller couch, but that is significantly more expensive than letting go of a chair.

If you want it for extra seating, I don't know what the circles are, but I might replace them with ottomans. I would also try to mount the tv.

I moved into a much smaller apartment a few months ago. Mounting the TV saved a lot of space, and I had to let go of a lot of stuff (including my beloved sectional). That said, it was just stuff and having a smaller place makes more sense for my life right now.
