Hi everyone.

I’m looking to maybe put an offer into this place but I’m having trouble deciding how to organize the living room.

It’s smaller than it appears in photos so space is limited. I want to have at least two sofas here and a TV as well, maybe 60-70in. I was thinking of mounting the TV to the wall on the left in the second picture, but then space for the sofas becomes odd because of the fire place. Additionally, I think the only place to set a dining table is the left wall in the last picture.
