Help me add a bedroom and enlarge our bathroom

Sorry for my bad drawing skills. All I have is my Samsung galaxy phone. Bedroom 1 is the only one upstairs and it's a 10x11 room. I really want to convert the single stall into an additional bedroom and maybe change the W/D(utility) room into a real bathroom.
I'm also open to opening up rooms and moving stuff around. I'm playing with about 50k. I just need something to go off of when our contractor meets with us next week.
The load bearing wall is smack dab in the middle of the house.😊
