Need 12 Character "Trading Cards" Designed ASAP

I'm looking for someone to design 12 trading cards for me. The series is called Heros vs. Villans. I will send you over a list of names/faces - and I would like them styled into either a "hero" or a "villian". I'm looking for a classic comic book style, bold colors/halftones etc. The cards can either have the characters drawn or just have the image styled/colorized.
