We are launching a company in the next few months. We have a logo, but its not great. Its important that the logo represent something, and the existing logo is OK but needs work. I need to hire somebody to take what we have and make it better.

We would like to pay somebody a fixed price ($X) to take our existing logo (and a list of what we are attempting to convey and a link to a promotional video), and generate 3 or more variations. If we like one of the variations, we will pay ($Y) for it (color and grey scale, .png, .svg, .jpg formats).
