Is there such thing as a Law Enforcment version of the .50 DE that’s heavier ?

I was at a gun store and I’ll admit I look young enough to be taken advantage of. So I asked to see the Desert Eagle because I have always wanted one. The owner said since you are law enforcment I can sell you the police edition which is a few onces heavier. I thought he’s scamming me but I can’t be sure. Can anyone clarify ?
