What is happening to my skin?! Yellowing in patches and rashes/lesions.

Liver enzymes are normal, as well as kidney function tests. This all started with the white nails (last pic) and I’ve now had a low grade fever intermittently for about 3.5 weeks ranging from 99.5 - 102.1.
