Hi! I started noticing my nails changing in late December (turning white with red tips) along with facial rash and reddening. I have had intermittent shortness of breath, some minor chest pains, abnormal EKGs in the ER including right bundle branch block, left atrial enlargement, and some other abnormalities, but the ER has written them off as “machine error.”

I started to develop skin lesions and marks around my knuckles A few weeks ago, and then 16 days ago noticed a low grade fever that has been intermittently there since then from 99.4-101.5. My skin seems to be breaking out in rash in flares and then subsiding temporarily and leaving marks. I noticed a bit of hyperpigmentation yesterday when I was shining a light on it. I also have nausea, cold, clammy hands and cold feet, abdominal pain and diarrhea, dizziness and lightheadedness usually at night.

I’ve had a negative ANA, high CRP ranging from 12 - 18 and back to 13.1. ESR was 47 in September. BNP and Troponin have been negative, chest X Ray clear. TSH, T4, T3 Normal and thyroid peroxidase antibodies around 25.

I have days where I feel absolutely horrible, so fatigued not even my Vyvanse takes effect, and others where it’s not as bad.
