Hi, I am a transgender male who has been binding my chest for years. I have had this red discoloration for awhile. Most of the time, it is not itchy. Sometimes, it can be. Iām undergoing top surgery pretty soon, so I want to get rid of the discoloration as soon as possible. What is it and do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?
