What is this growth on my chin?

What is this?? Had it for several months. It seems to shrink and then come back, repeatedly. It is located in the middle of my chin, right below my bottom lip.
The left side, where it looks like it is healing, can sometimes be squeezed and will release a pasty white substance. It then looks a bit like a crater, and then starts all over again.
