My mom has these severe breakouts that appear cystic. She’ll get them all over her face, and ears. She said if she squeezes it looks like cottage cheese. Once healed, it becomes very cratered. In the picture, you’ll notice a cyst on her ear. Her skin looks very good in comparison to when it’s in a full flare. She will get that bump on her ear all over her face. She never had acne as a child or 20’s, early 30’s. She had her first child at 17, her second at 26. She is in menopause at this point. She wants to get a facial to see if it would help but I told her she needs to go back to a derm. She did mention the derm would just it is bacteria, but couldn’t find the root cause. Thoughts on this?
